Definitely a cool place to bring your camper. We rented a spot and stayed the week. The pools and playground are great for kids and place is very friendly. It's also just a short walk from the beach and Baja.

We have a 40' 5th wheel. Never stayed here before, so didn't know any better. Site was very tight try to back into, and the site was mostly underwater from rain. Ask for a refund and left.. Very disappointing, we will not be back. Life lesson.

3.5 to 4 stars. Overall very nice. 2 pools, laundry on site ($2.50 wash; $2.25 dryer. Credit card reader is a pain to work), volleyball court, dog areas. Roads are very tight. Backing 5th wheel into spot not for a novice. Full hook-ups minus cable. Trash pick-up everyday from your spot. Everyone very nice. For the most part, everyone had their dogs on a leash. Only 1 block away from the beach. However, only 2 restaurants on the island. After hour check in and check out seamless (located in town and not on the island). Spot #65.

It's not for tent camping, it's RV's
The problem is that most of the lots are owned, so if the owner decides they want to make use of their lot, you will be canceled. Typically they will just move you, but with it being a major Holiday that may not be an option. They have changed A LOT over the past few years and the focus is owners. I get that, but....not good for those hoping to reserve a lot.

Yes, you can leave it year round. However you will need to rent from a lot owner willing to do a long term yearly rental. Or you can purchase a lot.
