I went through the car wash with my brand new car and it ripped the wheel well trim off my car. I had to deal with the manager as well, and he said that he would not give me the insurance info because he did not admit fault which he is supposed to provide on request by law. Don't go here if you like your car even a little bit. Just scroll the reviews and see how many cars were damaged here and how well the manager deals with it. RUN save yourself the headache and frustration this place will bring you. Also this is my second post they deleted the first

Ugh! Just got my truck washed with the Ultimate wash @ $39 plus a $5 tip and the inside was lightly vacuumed, chrome steps not cleaned and the interior was hardly wiped down, had to clean it all myself so now they should have to pay me...! Not Good!!

I am all little upset due to the fact that I am now paying for a monthly service that I signed up on. It is the supreme service. The gentleman said he gave me a platinum wash for my first wash. I ended up having to finish vacuuming out my car and wiping down the windows after they did their detail. I had already given the young man a tip and I actually wanted to ask for it back but I didn’t. So I’m hoping my next wash experience is better than this. I chose cobblestone because they seem like a reputable company.

FRAUD ALERT!! DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!! Be very careful about using Cobblestone to get oil change as they are committing fraud on a large scale. After I drove my car into the bay, the tech took my car's information and handed me the paperwork. This took about 30 seconds. After I went to the counter to pay for the oil change, I looked at the paperwork and noticed it listed each of the 18 points of inspection with checkmarks next to each item showing that they had been completed (check tire pressure, wiper blades, coolant, transmission, power steering fluid, washer fluid, battery, etc). But there was no way they performed these 18 points of inspection before they handed me the paperwork in those 30 seconds. The next day I called the manager and told him I wanted to meet in person to discuss this. I went back and explained that they had given me a receipt showing they had performed 18 points of inspection when in fact they didn't even do one of them. He assured me they had. When we reviewed the security footage, it clearly showed the techs changing the oil and that was it. They never checked my transmission fluid, tire pressure, battery, power steering...nothing! The manager just made excuses and offer me a free car wash. I then contacted the Operations Manager, Matt Patrick, who told me he would look into it and get back with me. Weeks later he finally called me back and said he spoke with the employees about it and they would take care of it. That's it? I explained to him the seriousness of this matter and how they were committing fraud by telling customers they were performing safety inspections on their cars when in fact they weren't. Customers rely on these inspections when they leave to ensure that their car is safe to drive. Cobblestone is opening themselves up for consumer fraud lawsuits. And imagine if a customer left their business and had an accident which could have been prevented if the inspections had been performed, such as tire pressure. This type of fraud borders on criminal behavior. Stay away from Cobblestone when you want to get an oil change!!

Dead serious my car came out dirtier after doing the 13 dollar express car wash. Almost zero scrubbing. Parked on a dirt road for 1 hour. Wash my car and theres still dirt all over it. What did i pay for?

Use to be great they are not doing a good job anymore. We have the monthly pass going to stop it. I mean so bad blanton dirt on a white car on the outside did not clean it. I'm a fair person but a blind person could have done a better job. Very disappointing

I would call them directly to see who to advise beyond your credit card company 😊

I had a great experience at Cobblestone! Is this a franchise? They need to expand to Page, AZ!

Oh, I didn't think of that service. May use it. Thanks. But what is the minimum cost for the drive-though service for a wash only?
