I didn't give this place a 5 star rating because. Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. The staff were very nonchalant, not very welcoming at all. After complaining for a few minutes we asked if they have late check out and was told it was 50.00 and hour if you stay pass check out. After spending 245.00 for a night we pulled our family together to get out in time. I do not recommend this place on policy alone. The room is roomy, has a full kitchen with all dishes pots and pans. The microwave oven bakes as well. The bed is comfortable and roomy, nice furniture, pull out couch and dining table. (We did not get to enjoy any of these amenities)

The room was okay. The sofa bed was small and very uncomfortable. I hated the early check out which was 10 am. It would be nice if it was 11 am check out time. They only had 2 wash clothes, 3 towels, 2 hand towels in the bag that was premade although we had 3 to a room. You can only change you towels and wash clothes once a day. It was a $100 deposit fee added once we got there. Which will be credited back to your account 7 to 10 business days according to the lady at the desk. The air in the room was okay it just made weird noises when it was on. The room had a king size bed and a sofa bed. And again the sofa bed was the worse l ever slept on. Oh you have to dump your own trash before you leave, wash dishes and leave in the dishwasher and put your dirty wash clothes and towels in the bathtub before you check out. The room had 2 TVs. I did like the kitchen set up and the washer and dryer which is free to use. Just have to bring your own detergent.

The room comfortably slept 4 people. My only disappointment, the room did not have a balcony. The hot tub wasn't hot more like taking a warm bath. Indoor pool and coffee was a nice amenity. All my interactions with the Staff was great.. They answered questions, responded to request, and were friendly. Employees acted like wanted to work and enjoyed their job.

Positive: Room was perfect for 2 adults and one kid, and loved the small kitchen Negative: The hot tub was not in service. Pool was small and while warm-ish¿the hotel was freezing so we only stayed in a couple minutes. The hotel advertizes a game room, but we couldn¿t find it anywhere and the front desk said there wasn¿t one?
