I'm a give 3 stars cause the food is good but the tostones part was very very hard like not even a bite can't grab smh plzz dip in salt & water...to soften the toatones if I can cook tostone the best solution to avoid harden is salt & water to soften ...plzzz take that note thank u....

The 1st time I eat in this place. I ordered a Cuban sandwich (extremely dry) and a Blackberry juice without ice. The juice came with ICE (if they changed it for me). I asked them for mustard and they told me there was NO sachet but I told them to give me in a small glass; They also said NO MUSTARD. I asked to speak with the owner (he was not there) or manager. The lady who cleans the tables (very kind x true) came to tell me that they corrected the order of the juice but THERE IS NO MUSTARD. Terrible customer service!!!!

Well from my part I will give my opinion you were unlucky because I have been many times and with several people up to 6 and 8 people at the same time and they have treated me well and tremendous patience.
wow that's crazy been there a few times food is really good if you ever go back talk to the lady at the casher she speaks English and tell her what ha]en to you there Ian sure she will get that fixed she is really a nice person I don't own the place but go there when I can cause the food is great

I have only seen old clothes, in the other Maikel's restaurant they do fried cow but the food is very expensive
