If u come ask for taylor.... it was my daughters 12th bday she was the sweetest ever.... super informative and amazing with kids. the food was great mine did have hair but she fixed the issue superrrrr fast.... we were 1st timers and had a great time.... THANKX AGAIN TAYLOR

Made a reservation they said we had to wait for the whole party to arrive …. Despite calling weeks in advance telling the manager it was for a surprise… only when we asked for a manager did they let us in…. Took more then 1.5 hours to get food once we ordered missing food the waiter was nice other then that nope

Drinks are outrageously expensive. Like $36 (with very little alcohol). Burgers are mid to high ($15+) for diner quality. You're paying for the hype of the brand

2nd floor. Pretty much go up any stairs or elevator. Can park in garage attached to Casino and go to 2nd floor and walk into building. Down the hall you'll see Sugar Factory. Be prepared to pay a lot of $ for a gimmick, lack luster food, and terrible service.
