This place is amazing. Jane delivered a friendly and welcoming greeting as soon as my wife and I walked in. We could immediately tell she was passionate and knowledgeable about everything related to running. We are new to our running journey and Jane provided a consultative shoe finding experience that helped us not only pick great shoes for our individual needs, but she also gave us sense of confidence and guidance. My wife and I left with what I called a runner’s starter kit - shoes, socks, shirts, glasses and recovery sandals. We’ll 100% be back for any upcoming running gear needs. I highly recommend anyone new to running to visit Tri & Run for your fit/purchase instead of guessing and purchasing elsewhere. There are too many variables to consider and experts like Jane will make sure you get it right the first time.

Had a really great experience here. The people here really know their stuff. I was running in shoes that were too big. I returned the next day saying how the shoes felt too tight. They relaced them for me and it was 100% perfect. What a great store, super friendly. Thanks again!

Wonderful experience. I went in knowing the specific shoes I wanted to try on and/or purchase, but I also wanted to get some advice on alternative options. I did have the benefit of knowing my running shoe fitment (neutral vs overpronation/supination, arch type, etc.) from a previous analysis done elsewhere. Jane and staff were exceptional in their knowledge of each shoe. It’s one thing reading a review and perusing top best lists online, but it’s quite another experience being in front of a specialist who knows her stuff. I told Jane my shoe of choice, as well as my fitment requirements, stats and goals. She educated me on the options and narrowed them down to a couple based on my needs, one of them being the shoe I initially wanted to try (NB Fresh Foam More v3). Jane took the time to talk through the pros/cons of each option. What I appreciated more than anything else was the fact that she didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. She listened and was very intentional on pointing out the options that best fit my needs. This little shop has been here since 2006. It’s currently the oldest shop in downtown Winter Garden and I will continue to return and support this local business. I highly recommend you give them a chance if you need some new gear. It’s worth it!
