We were passing through and needed to get some energy out of our 5 year old grandson. We had a wonderful time! The staff is great! VERY nice and seemed to really care for the kids (and adults hanging around while the kids played). I highly recommend this place for an afternoon of fun. We will stop again.

My son is 2 and got super overwhelmed so he never made it to the jumping part. He mostly cried and stood in the hallway. The staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. They turned the music down, got a baby shark puppet to try and make him smile, and offered us a full refund. We refused the refund because they were so great. When he gets a little older we’ll try there again based on service alone! Thank you everyone there that tried to make him happy and comfortable!

It was just okay. We went for a birthday party and my older children (5&7) enjoyed themselves, but my 3yo had to stay in the toddler area per their rules. It is pretty tiny and not much too do, and she could see the other kids playing on slides and whatnot, so she wasn't as thrilled as the boys. I understand it is for her safety, but I believe that should be my decision, if I take her in, she is my responsibility. Also the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. It just seemed dark and depressive for me honestly.

Depends on what size kids but a child over 42" is 14.99 for first hour plus socks parent passes are 12.00 first hour. Our socks can be used again so the 3.00 fee is one time as long as you bring them with you for your next visit
We do not require reservations for general admission, walk ins are welcome.
Not really any age limit. we have a toddler section for kids under 42" and then the bigger kids upbto adults play on the main unit. This keeps the little kids safe from being stepped on ext. We also have a dedicated toddler time on sat 10 till noon when the little ones can run the whole unit with mom for 12.00
Yes we require masks unless you are at a table eating. We have social distance rules in place aswell

depends on age and time but 16.00 for general admission first hour. toddlers are 6.00 and have thier own smaller section
we are working on our hours and will post them in 2 weeks and pricing will be 16.00 for 1 hour of general admission. we should be open around thanksgiving we will set hours soon
