The test center is located in what appears to be an abandoned building. The entrance is in the back on the lower( under ground ) parking lot. There were vagrants huddled by the door. The area smelled of urine and there was a pair of woman's underwear on the ground in the middle of the path leading to the entrance. An overall seedy looking and dirty place that I was weary of.

Clearly labeled doors tell you where to go. Clean, well-lit testing room with all the scrap paper you could need. :) Creepy attached parking garage though. :/

Mail carriers are federal positions and the federal government has it's own testing procedures and locations. The civil service test site in Erie serves state and local government positions that are posted on the state civil service website. If you Google each job it should direct you to the site that would start the application process. Best of luck.
I believe you have to call the harrisburg number or the 800 number. I couldn't find it from months months ago
