4/1/22. I tried to do a Bill Pay 2 days ago. It did not show on website so I tried to call at 9:00 AM. A rude woman answered after an extensive hold and simply said they were too busy and she would call me back, but never did all day. All their transactions are 2 to 3 times longer than my bank in NY. It is nearly impossible to reach a human at this bank, or the main bank number at which I was on hold for 25 min, only to be cut off by the woman that answered at exactly 5:00PM. I still dont know if my transaction is happening or not. This is a terrible, uncaring bank and my advise is to go anywhere else or double your blood pressure medication. I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. Today is April13, still no money transferred by Regions bill pay, now 14 days.

It's a good thing this branch is closing.The clerk asks suggestive questions and gives ominous warnings As well as verbal warnings when trying to withdraw monies...Manager stood by while she continued her abuses
