Wells Fargo is the Worst! I show up at 4:30 to close an account because my mom has passed away. Their response was, well this might take an hour so can you make an appointment and come back later?? No I am so sorry for you loss, or yes let us assist you with. I would just as soon keep my money I. A tin can before I opened an account here.

I've never had any problems with that bank including the previous iteration of Wachovia and whatever it was before that too... The other Wells Fargo further down the road in town is good also, again never a problem with them.
