Slowest staff I've ever experienced at a chipotle. Second slowest staff ever experienced at any quick serve place. 3 people up front working on orders and it was like the staff were a sleep. There was just one person in front of me and I waited 10 minutes while they two other workers just stood in place. Finally a lady who was quick and polite came out - she was slightly older than the others. Maybe 40. She saved the day else we were about to leave. Once she made my bowl it still took another 10 minutes to pay and check out. They don't work as team. The one cashier was asking for items and no one helped her. For example asking for quac and chips, or a soda from behind her. Yet coworkers weren't doing much. I came back later for a lit. They just didn't recognize me. One guy (the one with the more round face) walked by and helped me promptly. To the guy and girl cutting in the back. Stay steady and safe. It is easy to cut meat wrong and my cuts were perfect. Ice machine still broken. Coke was flat. Inside was very warm even though it was in the low to mid 80's outside. Inside was a little messy. A positive - they filled my bowl. Some locations are filling the bowl only half way. The food itself was good. Pricing continues to go up but chipotle continues to give me a poor experience. I'll try them once more in 6 months.

The food was great. Ice machine wasnt working is my only complaint. The beautiful young lady with the blonde braided pony tail putting the food together was amazing. Customers came thru nonstop while I was there. She was very pleasant to each. She smiled and not once did I see her get aggravated. I went back to tell her how much I appreciated her demeanor but she was so busy I didn't get to speak to her. I hope she receives blessings a 1000 fold.

This place needs a serious clean up; it was so disgusting I couldn't even eat there. There were probably 3 employees working and every table was filthy as well as the floors. My husband used the restroom and he almost puked for how dirty it was. The ice machine wasn't working, the condiment area was dirty. I am appalled that a food place could be this disgusting and that people are ok with it. Horrible!
