We rented a double Bob for our trip just this past week. I liked being able to text the company for a last minute change to pick up at the store rather than them drop it off. Pick up was easy. Drop off was just as easy. The stroller was spotless and in incredible condition! It worked well for our needs! We would definitely rent from Orlando Stroller Rentals again!

Because of the hurricane lan we were forced to make changes on our plan trip. Had scheduled stroller return at Thursday 5:00 pm but because of our change of plans we would not make it at that time. They weren't flexible and did not offer any solution. Would be great if they had let us return later that same day or very early the next day. We had to return the day before(Wednesday) and lost money because they didn't offer us any refund and had to rent another stroller for that day with other company. So consider if you have any change in your plans this company would not offer you any solution. I'd rather choose another option.

Used them to rent a stroller for a Disney trip, experienced no issues at all! They were very responsive. The stroller was obviously kept clean and was in a great condition!

I would like to change my initial review based on my email conversations with the Owner. They had an open conversation and offered to go above and beyond to make things right. I also received my refund. Rented a Stroller for my upcoming trip in September but our flights changed. Company was unable to accommodate my new flight schedule and was very lax and vague in their response texts. I wish they seemed more interested in keeping a customer. So fast forward to end of July and I decided to cancel my stroller reservations due to my flight changes and the company’s overall lack of responsiveness. In the text/email conversations I was never asked for my last name, only the order number and the I also provided my phone number and pay pal payment receipt. I think those three items would be enough to identify myself or at least I could have been asked for my name. Since then, I have requested a refund (twice) and it’s been ten days since my SECOND attempt. I still have not received my refund and no response to my most recent email. Not the way I was hoping to start my Disney experience.

Depends how big your 6 yearbold is. I'd say 50lbs ish.

I'm not sure if they do, and dont forget the new rules for stroller sizes for Disney- cant be wider than 31 inches and not greater than 52 inches long
