I paid my bill on the 24th even though it wasn't due until the 28th and I have had nothing but issues. Can't make calls, receive calls and it keeps giving me an error message saying my roaming data isn't turned on. I have done everything that they says to do as far as tips on troubleshooting and nothing. Can't even call them because it won't allow calls, not even WiFi calling will work. Tried my husband's phone and still the same thing! I'm ready to switch services.

Bought a new phone today. I told the agent I dread changing phones because it takes time to get used to a new phone. He assured me everything would be the same. He took his time and uploaded everything from my old phone; even my screen saver. This was the easiest switch to a new phone in my 10 years of doing business with MetroPCS.
