Never answers the phone. In desperate need of an apartment.

The property manager is never in the office during the already limited hours. No one answers the phone or returns calls! We left messages but no answer about a current resident who needed a copy of the lease to turn the water on!! There is no emergency contact. This housing is for residents on SSI so this is very important. Horrible management!!

I there not with 2 ba, only 1. Once you submit the documents, the waiting is short.

I have cystic fibrosis since birth and we were scammed to come to Florida but me and my awesome mom needs a place asap

Woodside apartments is a 55 or disabled complex I would give them a call ask how soon u could get in because there is a waiting list, my father was on list for a yr before he was able to get in,but the cool thing is it's all based on ur income which helps alot of people out that way. If anymore questions I'll be happy to help if I can
