I am very happy with my first laser hair removal procedure at Medical cosmetic Enhancements. I was well informed of the process ahead of time, and the esthetician was friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the short procedure. I am concerned about the number of sessions it will take to be successfully completed, but otherwise I am optimistic for future sessions. Thank you!

Poor customer service - A few min ago, I overheard my wife on the phone with their scheduling person. On the phone, the person was unfriendly with my wife (who has an accent) but had a more relaxed and friendlier demeanor with me. The customer service person's irritable, short tone with my wife isn't acceptable. My wife will go somewhere else that gives her the respect she deserves. Edit: The response of this establishment to my review only proves my point further. If I was the owner or manager, I wouldn't be invalidating people and sticking to my position more but would ask more questions, create a non-defensive communication environment, and seek to resolve matters. My wife felt bad after her phone experience and I guess there's no empathy from this place. This reflects a lack of values and customer orientation. Also in response to the owners reply: If you look at the facts, I have NOT rated 196 places in 4 months. Get your facts straight. I've been reviewing places since 2012. Google asks me for a review after I leave a place which has allowed me to easily write reviews.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Verano or the estheticians/nurse at Medical Cosmetic Enhancements. I appreciate the personal attention Dr. Verano and his staff have given me, and I feel supported and heard. Dr. Verano's botox and filler skills are excellent (forehead botox, cheek filler). I have had an excellent micro-needling procedure which improves the texture of my skin. The best treatment to date has been Fraxel Restore laser. It improved my skin's texture, laxity and discolorations (face and neck). I anticipate having more Fraxel sessions and recommend it highly. The smart lipo was a good choice and removed most of my menopause belly. I look great in clothes again and have several more inches around my waist (I am an apple shape). I did get very lumpy but the staff provided discounted Vellashape massages which helped the lumps smooth out. My only warning with smart lipo is that the fat still grows if you gain weight, but in new areas. Also, I would be very specific about what areas are included. I thought flanks included my "square hips" at the top but that is a separate area. The Jplasma skin tightening was helpful on my bra line in particular. The office is informal and personal, which suits me too.
