TRASH‼️ Two days in a row a driver said he tried to deliver my package and I literally sat here with the door open the entire 2nd day making sure I didn’t miss them and once again when It notified me on the 2nd attempt I was sitting on my porch.. UPS is Garbage.. Customer service was Even worse

Package being delivered through ups was not delivered to my house. Tracking and customer service claimed there was an attempt to deliver even though no one has walked up to my house, knocked on the door or rang the doorbell.

Very unhappy with UPS, in general, and this location specifically. UPS claimed they attempted delivery of our testing materials to our school, however, we never saw the driver pull into our parking lot. Then, I called to arrange a same-day pickup from this location, for which UPS is CHARGING me $8, and the center failed to call me before closing so that I could pick up the testing materials. Now, I have to wait until morning and hope they call me so I can go get the materials by 8am. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Worst experience ever driver “couldn’t find the house” so now I’m without my package for 3 more days. Tried calling spent 2 hours finally got through and Tallia refused to do ANYTHING to help and hung up. Mind you I did not yell, cruse, or berate her in any way. She just didn’t want to do her job. Next time I have the choice of delivery it’ll definitely be fedex

If you have the tracking number you can go online.... put in the number and choose.... delivery options or delivery instructions and tell them how you want to get your package
That's a good question. I've gotten packages as early as 6am but I don't know what time they actually start to deliver. I usually get my next day packages the next day. Maybe your supplier is not getting the merchandise to UPS on time to be delivered next day. I'm not really sure. I would contact UPS the next time it happens.
They make 3 attempts to deliver. If it requires a signature, they will not leave it on a porch or anything, they have to get a signature.
I actually believe this is the wrong forum for such a question.
Ms Robert's, I order supplies from companies within the U.S and Canada. The supplies are handled by "UPS." The fees, I pay "UPS" are less than FedEx, UHL and the Postal Service. Moreover, their delivery chain remained consistent throughout the pandemic. As for you not doing business with companies with questionable reputations...you will very be limited on the goods and services you need i.e. Norwegian and China food supplies, all telecommunications, coffee, fruits and veggies, gold from the Rain Forrest, Ivory on Jewelry, Electric Coops, the Oil and Gas industry, Medical Care facilities, The Auto Insurance Industry and the lists goes on. Hence, unless you are prepared to become "self sufficient" in all areas of your life...I would suggest that you carefully choose your battles and move on. Respectfully, R Montgomery
I got my in the mail

Rather quickly but it might take a long while to get a background check through.
My package is being held here but I am confused about how to get it is there’s an entrance for just to pick up deliveries or something?
If you have a tracking number go to ups.com to look up
United Parcel Service
😂
Call and report it some has stolen it.
Depends on where it’s going and the dimensions of the box as well
If it has a prepaid label, yes but if it is a QR code, you have to go to a UPS Store
Are you a Class a driver Carol? If so my boss is looking to fill a couple of trucks, and if you wish to work for UPS I suggest you contact them directly at the HUB nearest you. My boss is Steven Spears he can be contacted at SMG trucking, grand prairie TX.
I really don't know the times. Best thing l can tell you is to call H/R(human resources). They can direct you to the right people. I worked there for 38 plus years. Had a few bosses that were difficult to work for. But for the most of the years, I enjoyed myself.
UPS DOES NOT deliver to ANY USPS P.O.Boxes.
They are almost impossible to get on phone. Go to 900 n Portland to get pkgs.
