I have tried for a week to contact them the number is busy all the time. Went by three this morning they say open at 10am no one there. I need to Check on my repair

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and they were closed. I looked through the window and everything looked cluttered and dingy. They have a ton of old stuff taped to the front door. Not professional, clean or classy. There was even a light fixture that appeared broken. I'm sure they have nice lights but I'll pass.

Yes we service them and they are guaranteed by the manufacture if repairs become problematic and cannot be done in store.

Yes we do just need to know what color your fan is so we can match it
Yes and very reasonable as well. A few of the ceiling fans and lighting fixtures that came with some of our offices needed service and James Lighting came to the rescue. The newer lighting products have had no issues but its good to know we can depend on this fine lighting store.
