Small but highly efficient terminal. One of the best parts is the luggage storage company ($10 per suitcase) for those who have time to explore Seward before or after their cruise.

indeed the anchorage with the advantage that the train leaves to seward from the same airport and during the tour there are stunning views
There's a specific trailer setup outside the terminal where the bus's stage up to arrive and leave. It's gray in color with signs.

Call the Terminal or Alaska Railroad.. usually people make the drive from Seward to Homer.. it is a very nice drive..
Yes there are busses there that will call out which cruise you're going on. If u miss it everything is within walking walking distance for the most part though.

No, but there is a Hertz rent a car down the street less than a quarter of a mile. I believe shuttle service is available but I'm not entirely certain.
Yes. The rental folks tend to be there when a ship comes in, but it is spotty. It is a small hanger and very folksy, think the show Nortern Exposure. Very nice but no guaranties. Best bet is to call ahead. Hertz was one if memory serves. I think there was another, but do not recall. The rental folks do not have offices. They had portable booths in the hanger.
