A large dirt parking lot facing the bay that you can park in, no services but all the spaces facing the water are nice from a point of view There are a couple outhouses but other than that you're paying to park on dirt near water

Very relaxing place clean and even has a small open building with outlets to charge your phone/devices

Crowded social camping but all good and such a great idea for the municipality.

Should have some spot wouldn't say next to each other no one likes to set up camp near eachother so it's normally one open the next full and so on and so on
But there is no front desk this site, only self registration machine...
It can be especially if your gonna be fishing
We will have all our waterfront campgrounds open by then so availability will be very good. This is also the weekend of our Exit Glacier Race and the Mermaid Festival, so there will be a few more camper in town for these events, but there will be plenty of available sites. We have 100 utility sites available and last year during this weekend there were at least 40 utility sites still available. Come on down and enjoy the weekend activities.
The City of Seward Campgrounds offer camping year around. The Resurrection Campground remains open all year offering dry and electric sites. The remaining campgrounds will start closing mid to the end of September, and the water and electricity will be shut off around the same time frame.

Call up stoney creek rv park outside of seward. Been here 2.5 weeks and they have had openings the last week as season is drawing to close. Park is nice with full hookups, laundry and such. We would come back to this rv park.
The sites are first come first serve, but there are several hundred sites
I don't know where you would make reservations. Maybe with the city?
I would call city hall to find out.
Hard to say but it's frist come frist served, and you have to keep looking for a spot if not, I would think not to bad yet ,but never know.
September is usually not too busy but some places close Mid September . I would call in advance
We currently in are in the shoulder season (April 15 to May 31) As of this week, (April 15 - 21) The Tent Area, Resurrection North, Resurrection, and Resurrection South Areas are open for camping. More campgrounds will be opening each week. The rates are as follows: Tent camping - $10 a night Dry Camping - $10 a night Electric Site - $20 a night We are hoping the water will be on by May 1st, since we are still having freezing temperatures at night.
Prices through April 14th Dry Camping $5 Utility (electric only) $20 April 15th - June 1st Dry Camping $10 Utility (electric and water as soon as it warms up to turn it on) $20
They do not take reservations for single campers, groups only. I would say Tuesday & Wednesday are slowest days.
There were plenty of spots available when we were there, it's a really big place. There's machines there to take your money, no people, even though they do come around in the mornings to make sure you have paid.
Look on your favorite travel application for openings in Seward, I use Expedia.
The area can be busy but has a lot of sites. You shouldn't have an issue.
