Don't waste your time. This place is a joke. Go to New Castle Mental Health and Wellness or see a mental health professional online or in a private practice. These people are judgemental and miserable and they're quite content just leaving you to sit in a waiting room all day. They help nothing.

These people will experiment with you like a lab rat, they’ll pull you off the medication your already stable on and make you unstable, they will do what they want to do with you, they do not care about your opinion/input, Dr.Dickson/Dixon in particular has no idea how to properly and slowly taper you off of a medication especially when you don’t even ask to be taken off of it in the first place he’s very unprofessional in general, no one here for that matter has any knowledge that I’ve ever spoken to and I’ve spoken with several, these therapists go to school to study just enough to pass the exams and move to the next exam until they graduate without absorbing any knowledge in psychiatry/medicine, these people will be and have been the reason for suicides and homicides due to negligence in practicing medicine, several people have lost there minds some of these victims I’ve known personally, don’t go here unless you want to be the next lab rat and lose your mind and or your life. Your Welcome for the honest review I pray for everyone with mental illness 🙏

I'm a new resident in New Castle. I was referred to this location as a means to get my psychiatric medication. The doctor I was seen by is a very rude and judgmental man. I told him I was pregnant and he unsafely advised me to come off of my psychiatric medications, too suddenly for my own health and that of my unborn child. I notified this man that I was in postpartum psychosis less than a year and a half ago and that I thought it might be too fast to take me off the medications in the way that he was trying. After receiving a second opinion, I confirmed that this man was not in fact "weaning" me off of my medicine; he was basically ripping me off of them and threatening my health. Proceed with caution when coming to this doctor's office, because I am extremely disappointed. If I could give less than a star, I would. Unfortunately, you have to give some type of star to post here.
