Been coming here a while with minimal problems but this latest trip has made me change my mind. Even though I have pointed out that there is a hatch in the middle of the armor plate under my truck to access the oil filter they have anyways gone out of the way to remove the plate and mess up the threads on the bolts when reinstalling it. This time they told me they were having problems getting it back on but never told me they were not able to reattach it. The solution they had was to use zip ties to hold the 80lb plate on the underside of my truck - something that I consider entirely unsafe and did not think to look into the instant they pulled it out of the bay. Who knows what happened to the grade 8 bolts that normally hold it on. I am mostly irritated they didn't actually tell me and let me just drive away thinking it was fine.

Needed to get my oil changed and they were nice to perform the service while I ran to an appointment, however, when I came back, they left my car window down and it was raining so my interior was SOAKED and they didn’t even apologize (it was raining when I dropped it off). Very unprofessional.
