Screw this place. I needed something specific, was told they had them. Turns out they don't. Thanks for nothing, amd wasting my time. I had to leave work early only to find out they don't have what they said they had. Lost money leaving work early and don't have my glasses.

Eye exam was fine, but the team ordered the wrong type of lenses. I had expressed what type I wanted several times and was reassured of this, but still ended up with the wrong lenses. Not sure it’s worth getting into it to fix at this point. Would recommend getting lenses elsewhere. Sales associate who gave me the new lenses when I picked them up was rude, and told me they did the incorrect type of lens because it is more “economical.” Now I’ll have to pay elsewhere to get the correct lenses, so this is far from economical.

The team is fantastic! From the time you walk in until the time you leave, the staff treats you like royalty. The receptionist is very warm and kind. She welcomes you in with open arms. The doctors are so polite and speak to you direct and clear through each step and about what they observe is going on with your eyes. The staff that helps you select your glasses listens to your desires and explains the information in great detail.
