Had a beautiful experienced once again here at America's Best 6212 Glenwood Ave. All are Staffs are wonderful, the beautiful Eye Doctor, Eye Assistant and most Chris whom I feel very comfortable talking with. This is my 3rd time here at America's Best and I will recommend it to our friends, neighbors here in Raleigh NC and friends on Facebook where there's America's Best in their places or States where they live. God Bless America's Best and all the Staffs. ☺💝💝💝

I want to start by saying that I have been a regular of this location for over 5 years and I wouldn’t call any of my experiences as “above and beyond” but they are close by and, until today, I was able to purchase my contacts from here. Today I went into the store so I could purchase a box and was told that even though my prescription had not expired that “the doctor only prescribed me a 12 month prescription” and I am unable to buy any more. The woman at the front counter was disinterested and rude to me as well. Confused, I made an appointment and left. I ended up calling another location on plantation and they filled my prescription over the phone and are having it mailed out asap. It is really discouraging that this is how they treat tenure customers, and I am only leaving this review because I am seeing many others come forward with similar experience and I encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else. You have lost my business.

I had an appointment here Friday for an annual eye exam. I will not be returning. I’m usually a fox eye care/lenscrafter customer however my regular doctor wasn’t in for a couple weeks and I had to get an exam. Upon entering the establishment the receptionist and another lady were having a loud personal conversation. While I waited for 10 minutes and was directed to the back of the store. My name was called to go in an examination room however the examiner didn’t say my name loud enough or correctly so another customer went into my room. I waited a total of 12 minutes for the examiner to realize the wrong customer was in her room. Moving onto meeting the optometrist was short, stern and rushed through the entire exam. Worst part of the process was with this optometrist. Moving along to the end of the exam. I had a lady give me a document ask me to sign with no explanation of what it wasI had to ask. she also threw out random acronyms and after asking a few times for clarification she gets an attitude. Please don’t waste your time at this establishment. I’m not buying glasses here. But some were cracked, hanging off the walls. Not put back after customer use. Just unprofessional rude people.
