Why have a phone number when you NEVER have a live person available to answer the phone? Seriously, just list an email address because it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phoneb(tried 32 times over 3 days... nothing but endless voicemail options. Also, you are probably wasting more time playing back people's long messages rather than ta talking live with a customer.

I will give this place 0 star if I can. This is a scam! It took 4 months and 5 times visits for me to get a pair of glasses with pretty high price compare with market. First they got my pupils hight wrong and went to painful trouble shooting process. I got charged for weird restock fee which they said I won’t be charge if I purchase frame from them. Every time they told me different things and they would blame on something or somebody else. Manager no help and won’t talk with you. Oh, did I mention they rarely pick up their phone and never return calls? SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I'm updating my review from June 2019 since I went back in June 2022. I must say they have redeemed themselves! They have moved their offices since I last went for an eye exam; now they are adjacent to a Mellow Mushroom restaurant. I've seen the optometrist for years now; the staff have stayed, and she and her assistant have done a consistently exceptional job with my eye exams. The office is very clean and the service is mostly punctual. The salesperson I dealt with back in 2019 is gone, and I now had a real optometrist fit me for eyeglasses. I bought a great pair I wear regularly; and I was able to take it back yesterday for a tightening with no fuss. I will now gladly recommend this place to others. If you're looking for economical eyewear, I still recommend BJ's. If you're looking for that extra-level of quality with what you'll be wearing, then this is a very good fit.

Helpful Front Desk/Scheduling Staff combined with thorough (and kind) Eye Exam by Physician and Assistants. Technicians in the Frame Shop were awesome! Definitely recommend.
