Was in a vehicular accident lady hit us from behind. I was a passenger and my friend who was the driver where taken by EMTs to hospital . When I got out of the hospital an hr and half later we where told to call this towing company. They charged my friend 175 to get it out. They are con artists. And he individual had an attitude like we where inconveniencing him. He had a complete attitude, Nasty individual. He charge 180 for everything, and when we called him out for the way he responded he he told us to get off property. We have received no name, they where quick to slide the card. Would absolutely steer clear of these guys. They take full advantage of a situation. It’s a husband and wife and they have a parking lot in a backwoods alley. It’s unsafe and very hostile.

Toano Towing did a great job in getting to us stuck on the side of Interstate 64 last Sunday evening. Vehicle was towed directly to our shop mechanic for repair. Adam was prompt in his response and courteous. Second time they have towed a vehicle for us with no issues.
