Worst ever. Ordered online from app with inside pickup. Arrived to crazy long drive thru line tried to go inside and locked. Turns out dining room is closed and NO curbside. I kept trying different doors as there was NO sign that Dining room or curbside was closed. When woman finally came and opened door she was snarky and asked me what part of closed I didn't understand! Well just because a dining room is closed doesn't mean there is no curbside and again NO signage informing. McDonalds have enough $$ to figure out how to turn off unavailable pick up options in their app. I understand staffing shortages but put up a sign and people won't be trying to get in.

I was hoping this place would get better with new owners, but it's actually gone down. It used to be hit-or-miss, usually the latter, but it was sometimes ok. Now it's always bad. My last visit was $14 for two Big Macs, Coke, and fries. The Big Mac patties were old and shriveled, the buns were crumbly dry. No lettuce and very little sauce. Very pathetic. Yo, Giaimo Mgmt, please fix this restaurant!

Dining area was open and clean. Service was quick and friendly. Fries were hot and all of the food seemed fresh. Got what we ordered which never happens at McDs. Overall a good experience.

I don’t have high expectations from McDonald’s because it’s McDonald’s… but when you spend $20 for a couple burgers and this is the result it’s ridiculous as you can sit down and have a nice meal at this price. I was hoping when the old Management got canned the new management would produce a better product. Will not be back
