We stayed at one of the townhomes here and it was a terrible experience. 1. The garage door was not operational during most of our stay, yet they charged residents a fee to park at a "secure" garage. 2. More than half the outlets in the unit did not work. 3. Management makes multiple requests to enter the unit to do one thing or another instead of consolidating tasks to minimize disruption. 4. Finally, they charged me $530 to replace the top of a stove because it was "very burnt." Yes, a stove had burn stains on it. When I asked for an explanation, management stated that the lifetime is five years with normal wear and tear. According to them, since I didn't annotate the stains on my move-in inventory, the charge was on me. I immediately requested proof to confirm they replaced the stove less than five years ago and haven't heard anything back yet. The saga continues. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live.

My partner and I were at a loss trying to find a place that felt like home. But then when I entered the Loren I was greeted so warmly by the assistant community manager, Bea! She gave us an incredible tour and we are so excited to sign a lease a little bit closer to our move-in date this spring. Out of all the places we looked, the Loren was by far the most special and it was because of the customer service.

Beatriz is the reason I signed!!! She answered all my questions and I was able to apply on site and be approved for the apartment then and there!! It was also very impressive watching her interact with other prospects, residence, and how she greeted everyone with such urgency and customer service. I can tell I will be in good hands.
