Positive: King size room was spacious. I liked that they had a keurig. The breakfast was decent. Negative: Staff was overworked. Heated pool was not heated and very small. They ran out of breakfast items early on in service. Bed was hard. We stayed 2 nights and not even fresh towels were replaced or room touched.

Rooms were not tidy, room floors looked like they were not vacuumed in a long time, dust everywhere, bathroom shower head was broke so was the stopper, poop on the side of walls and floor near toilet, cracks and wall paper bubbling and peeling. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. Front desk lady named Stacy was very nice. The room we had was a suite and very spacious though. The music playing at night outside was very loud but when we called about it they turned it down!

This is a great place to stay. The people were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. It seemed very clean and quiet. I'm thinking I'll check out the pool and gym next time we stay.

I stayed a couple nights with my boyfriend. The area was nice for being so close to KC. The reason for the one star is the service. House keeping never came even after being asked to twice. Apparently we weren't the only ones because people were sitting trash outside their door. The pool was "closed for cleaning" when I asked if it would be open soon, the response was, "No". Alrighty then. Also, don't expect to have anything but whole milk with that complimentary breakfast.
