U-Haul Moving & Storage of Middletown

We are traveling from the Northeast to the South. The uhaul who originally installed our hitch did the wiring incorrectly and the lights failed. We wound up stranded in Middletown as such a vehicle isn’t safe to drive but Middletown Uhaul really helped us out a lot in dealing with the nightmare. The manager Ziggy provided us with a free month of Ubox rental for our trouble which we needed now because we have time sensitive employment matters we need to get down south for, we have very limited resources. This way we are now able to get to where we are going and have a month to sort out the issue with the original equipment installers. We are looking to get credit spent on the trailer we were unable to take with us on the shipment of the Ubox, at least but this matter was a fault of another location In another state. It can be tough when specific locations if a company make a mistake that sets you back but Middletown Uhaul showed the grace and sympathy we needed to get along. It’s been a tough go but ultimately I still think Uhaul is worth their salt since this location has done what they could to help remedy what happened to us, and Uhaul roadside assistance also stayed close to us while we were going through that.
