Mat did an amazing and wonderful job! I am a student and I brought my laptop on Thursday evening and it was all done by Monday evening--literally only had to wait for a weekend! Additionally, the prices are way better than what actual apple would offer. Affordable, fair, fast, and amazing customer service. What else can you ask for??

Friendly staffs, but super slow work. $75 diagnostic fee, and cannot even clearly detect what the problems are with my laptop. Very disappointed will not recommend

I needed to get my tablet screen fixed because it shattered, and they quoted me at $160.00. I then agree to give it to them, with a non refundable fee of around $80.00. Once I gave them the tablet and paid the fee, the price jumped from $160.00 to 380.00. I can understand a small jump in price from the estimate, but that jump in price was ridiculous. I ended up doing it anyways or I'd lose the $80.00 I'd already given them. My tablet got fixed quick and they did a great job, I just wish they'd been honest when they quoted me on how much it'd be, or say they wouldn't know till they contacted their vendor for a more accurate quote.
