This location was a lifesaver during the pandemic but over the last year the quality of the customer service has really declined. Numerous times we’ve ordered salads and been missing the toppers or the dressing. On several occasions, our son ordered sprite with his meal, and when we got home we discover that the syrup was out, leaving him just fizzy water. The final straw was a couple of weeks ago. We normally place our order through the app, and have been disappointed with how soggy the fries have been lately, so we added a note to have the fries & chicken sandwiches ‘well done’ as we’ve been told by other folks making this request will resolve the issue. Of course the nice young man who gave us our food, upon the hand off, told my husband ‘we don’t do well done’. We honestly thought the young man was kidding because CFA is all about customer service and ‘my pleasure’. For now we have chosen to drive the extra 15 minutes to the Annandale location where they are happy to honor our request. However, if this type of decision is from this owner or store manager I would hope they read the this post and change this ridiculous policy of not allowing customers to request their fries or sandwich well done.
