It’s good to see our local AMC back up and running. Everyone was so very helpful, friendly and paid close attention to details when it came to their customer service. It was the 1st time we’ve been back to a movie since the pandemic and we really enjoyed spending our entertainment $$ there this week. Well worth our budgeted dollars.

I've been coming to this theatre ever since it was brand new in the mid 90s. Now I'm taking my son there to see movies. The App makes getting tickets and snacks ahead of the show a breeze. Only issue is the overall cost. Myself...my son...his friend...for an afternoon show...drinks, popcorn...$150.00. But everything is expressive...but I think it's time that they get more creative with some deals...and should have the deals readily visible when your in line to choose your stuff... Pretty much why I have my own home theatre...and simply wait till I can stream the movies we want to see at home...

Oh … how the sparkle of Hollywood is gone from this location. First, the tickets are now computers … hello no customer experience. The lobby for the food is now sad. This location hasn’t modernized yet like other AMCs. They are now out of a lot of treats. The movie had an issue and didn’t start on time so we missed some of the movie. AMC was kind enough to compensate. My overall feeling well is 3 tickets is 1 year subscription to a streaming service. Soooooooo …. What are we now paying for?

I'm at the theater right now. My seat area in the fork and screen is disgusting. The clear tray is covered in sticky syrup and the seat was as well. Not to mention the trash that was also in my seat. I asked the staff for a wet rag which they did oblige, and I then proceeded to clean my seat myself. The area around our seats have food stains on the walls. In the dark this is hidden, but with the light on... Well, this is hardly worth premium ticket prices... And if this is how you clean your theaters... What is your kitchen like for fork and screen? Do better. Now the movie has started and the overhead lights are still on. Come on AMC. You want to stay in business, you are going to have to have higher standards than the discount theaters.
