I needed to go to the doctor, so I called to make an appointment here as this is where my doctor, Dt. Thomson works. I was told that since I have not been in in three years, I cannot come in. absolutely insane.

Horrible horrible horrible since Inova bought them out. They charge unnecessarily and take 3 months to clean up their mess. I asked for a prescription to be moved to another pharmacy while I was out of town and they said they did so when they clearly didn’t. I had to call multiple times until I finally figured it out myself. I am so disappointed. They were great when they were a Privia partner. But since Inova bought them out it’s been downhill. Big time.

Do not go here. Terrible service. Cancels appointments without telling you. No communication whatsoever. Doctors aren't helpful.

Was late to my appointment by 14 min and told them specifically I was there to see Dr. Thompson for an MRI review and I was only here for a few days. The guy on the phone was extremely rude talking over me and giving me dates that I am unavailable. This is absurd! Knowing I have been there multiple times having to wait 20-30 min to be seen. Yes… my time obviously not important as their time….. rude and will be looking to be moving me and my family to a diff general doctor.
