Front of house staff and scheduling need work. Won’t take emergencies. Huge gaps in appointment scheduling and long lobby wait time despite being early or on time. Asked to speak to office manager who was conveniently unavailable. Doctors are great… if you ever get to see one!

Our family has had multiple experiences with these guys. I had my own sinus surgery done by Winstead and my daughter had lip surgery done by Lewoczko. Both were fantastic practitioners and their office staff is wonderful. I should mention as well that Jason Walls triaged me as a new patient and was awesome to get me to the surgical solution while supporting me through some related illnesses during the run-up. Great team. Great doctors. Great practice.
