After my husband passed away from cancer we had lost everything. And then I found Martha's House where my children and I were welcomed with open arms and given a chance to rebuild our lives. Because of the support we received through the program at Martha's House and from all the amazing staff, I was able to get a car, find a job, and now move into a beautiful townhouse of our own and I did it in only two months time! My children and I are so very grateful for Martha's House, it's the perfect place to go to get help and support to rebuild your life and get back up on your feet. Its not really a homeless shelter even though it says that it has showers for the homeless. Its a shelter for families and ammenities for those famolies that stay there.

I never thought I would find a safe place to be. I am so grateful for Martha's House. It's a great service for those of us in need and I will always do what I can to contribute and help with the homeless.
