Good location. Fast service. Employees are loyal for the work. Other location’s employee making mistakes many times to read the instructions, what we ordered, which is I think closed. Anna is great.

After ordering another medium to large family order, I check my tracker after an hour and still in the started making phase. I call the store expecting this is inaccurate but nope I was told the regional manager has made it so ANY carry out customers order jumps ahead of a delivery order. I so I ask when will I see my order? I was told 30 to 45 minutes maybe, as long as a carry out order doesn't come in. Because it will jump back to the head of the line. I understand stores are short on drivers and a new 3 dollars off carry out orders but to make it so orders are skipped to for this new program how is that fair to those who pay full price, plus delivery fee, and tip? I use Boones Creek Domino's frequently but waiting and hour then maybe another possibly to feed my family is ridiculous. All due to the regional manager who likeley is not affected by this change is short sighted and ridiculous. What reason is there not to make orders in order as they come? I will think twice of using Domino's ever again. I will also share this review everywhere I can. I would love to speak with someone above the store level like the regional manager

I’m not one to make reviews, but this was by far the most unprofessional pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself money, and just pick up an $8 deep dish pizza from Little Caesar’s. First of all, they delivered the pizza to the wrong house, which happened to be an abandoned trailer next to ours. 30 minutes later we’re like “huh, where’s the pizza at?” My mom gets on the phone, and I discover the pizza COVERED in ants on the steps of the abandoned trailer. As pictured, this is how we found it ALL around the box. Yum. Not only were they unprofessional on the phone, they were also unprofessional in person when they redelivered it. Not only that, the pizza is lukewarm. Not even close to appetizing. It’s like they’re trying to be passive aggressive. Honestly, I’d love to go full Karen mode, and talk to their chain of command.
