So, the closest store to my house is actually the Center Street Domino's in downtown Kingsport but I go out of my way to order from this store due to the fact that first of all, they can count to 8 and secondly they will actually answer their phone if you need to speak to a human about your order. I have given the Center Street store chance after chance to redeem themselves to no avail. They will give you 6 of the tiniest crunchy cinnamon twists that almost break ur teeth if you still try to consume them since u paid full price still instead of 8 that are given the opportunity to rise properly before baking that come out fluffy and perfect like the Fort Henry store makes them. And every single time I ordered from the store downtown, they either left out an entire item or gave us 6 instead of 8 of something or once or twice they actually misplaced our whole order! Twice one time! We sat outside in the parking lot waiting for a meal for over an hour that time because they recooked it and lost it again then finally got it to us the third time! Seriously, how the heck do you misplace three pizzas, an order of wings, a specialty bread and cinnamon twists??!! TWICE NON THE LESS?! But again, that is why I now drive out of my way to order from the Fort Henry store because they have never made one mistake with our orders, the food quality is ALWAYS WORTH IT and if they were to ever make a mistake.. they WOULD ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Good luck getting thru to the Center Street Dominos when they mess up or lose ur order altogether because they will let it ring and ring and ring until it hangs up on u and if by some magical chance they actually do pick up, they quickly say ty for calling dominos hold please... CLICK. I have been put on eternal hold and also picked up and hung up on when they get tired of the ringing phone as well so I no longer buy from that store. How are you supposed to tell anyone that your order is wrong if they won't answer their daggum phone?! I just cannot say enough about the Fort Henry store being well worth the added miles and time to drive there and back. Your food quality will speak for itself. And the staff is so friendly compared to the other store as well. Never have had even one problem there! Ty guys!

Who orders a “chicken Alfredo” with zero chicken in it ? Cmon guys do better. You are missing the main ingredient 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered sandwich, wings and dessert at 6:48 I called at 7:55 and was told that it would be another 2 hours. Really? Cancelled order. I understand that they get busy but 2 hours in an order is just unacceptable. Never again

This is our go to pizza place food is always spot on never over cooked or Under cooked we always order with the app and soon as order is placed they get on it so by the time I get shoes on and make the 7 min drive food is done. Staff are friendly and polite. So if you want pizza done right and done quickly this is the place
