By far one of the nicest hotels I've been to. Room service is 8/10. Only downside is the ice machine has been out of order for a while now. Overall it is a very affordable on a budget.

Does Evans lane have a 30 day black out period

Yes, with the exception that if you are assigned to a separate outpatient provider, such as community solutions, Gardner, support systems, new life, etc...then clients may live @ Evans Lane and the 30day blackout period doesn't apply in those circumstances.

I have Sleep Apnea. I snore very loud. Is it possible to get my own room here?I have physical and mental illness.

I don't know I have night tremors and I live here sometimes I wake up with scratches on myself from my over active sleep. But my case manager said he did a lot to get me into Evans Lane so you have to do a lot of footwork and it's going to take some time to do it and get in here.
