If the shade was purchased from Blinds To Go, then yes we can repair strings/cords as per our lifetime warranty. You would just need to bring the shade into your local showroom and we can send it back to be repaired - usually takes 2-3 days. If they were not purchased from Blinds To Go then we unfortunately do not have the means to repair them. Best option would be to google small mom and pop shops for blind repair in your area as we do not know of any specifically.

Masks must be worn by both employees and customers when inside the showroom. Social distancing is enforced. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the showroom. Areas and items such as counters, computers and sample books are wiped down/sanitized after every customer.

If you purchased your shades from us then they are covered under our lifetime warranty. You can bring your shade into your local showroom and the consultants will send it back to the factory to be repaired free of charge.
