Outdoor dining. Mask are mandatory until seating. Enjoy the great food. This is my favorite restaurant in borrego springs

Happy greetings....will be headed out to borrego in march, Ist stop after checking in at the Palms at Indian head was to snug into the bar at Carmaltas for late lunch and drinks.. What are your current Covid restrictions for us to patronize/

Hello Dennis Carmelitas is always up to standard with all regulations. At this moment they are only allowed to do outside dinning and they have a great set up. Staff is verry friendly and the food is DELICIOUS. You will Love It.
