1st of All I appreciate reading these reviews. Just proves my gut feeling about this company was right!!! I am sure the workers are very nice they do what they do because they care about people. BUT.. THE BEHIND THE SCENCE PEOPLE ARE A WHOLE OTHER STORY!! I vowed never to use this company when I saw them when they were 1st starting out covering other companies stickers with their own stickers!!! They could of put them side by side to leave people choices incase one was busy they would have a back up. BUT NO.... THEY WERE GREEDY!! AND SNEEKY TOO!! Going into areas they weren't allowed too! Bad business now is KARMA!

The service is horrible. My 94 year old mother waited 9 hours for a return trip home from the hospital. I called several times only to be told they're coming within the next hour. Meanwhile, I walk around the building of the hospital and there are 2 Hunter ambulances parked, noone in either of them. As I'm walking around the building I can see an ambulance come off of the SS pkwy only to come into the hospital entrance and go out of it's exit, back onto the Pkwy Eastbound. This doesn't make any sense. There's never any sirens unless their going to lunch. Don't use their services if you can help it. I'm going to ask the insurance company for another ambulance service. I called again to ask for the number to the Corporate office, of course they didn't really have that number, only the number on the ambulances. I was put on hold for 23 minutes for a number they didn't have. I don't blame the EMS people I believe the failure is with dispatch. The EMS persons are always kind and respectful.

Thank you Hunter for the exceptional job done and compassion shown. On Friday, my father was transferred from a hospital to an acute rehab center due to an injury. He explained to us how scared he was for the transport and being moved due to pain. When I went to visit him, all he could do was go on and on about the trip. How amazing the driver was at driving so carefully, and how amazing the other person in the back was in talking to him, getting to know him and treating him with the upmost respect. He could not remember their names but all he remembered was that it was two girls with red hair. I will be emailing the company as well on the exceptional job well done!

We are still currently waiting for my sick mother to arrive in their ambulance. She’s been MIA for 1.5 hours. After getting a hold of the hospital, they were able to contact the ambulance company and they stated the stretcher broke and they had to wait for another one. So my mother has been sitting in a stretcher in for hours unclean and with no food. And when I called the company they put me on hold and then disconnected the line. I’m very concerned with her arrival now. If you have the choice to not use this company, please do not use them. We didn’t seem to have a choice.

I've been here since before Hunter took over. 15yrs +. The work isn't hard. There is a union w fairly good benefits. Salary is competitive. Starting pay is based on experience. It's busy and growing. If your coming from out of town, the cost of living is expensive. Plenty of opportunity to advance. Like any job, you can make the best of your time here, or be miserable. Depends on your disposition. Anyway good luck with your future endeavors. Hope this helped
