Try to open a new business accounts, called at Springfield VA branch three time different dates was on hold for 45 minutes or more each time. worst customer service in banking system.

One of the WORST customer service experience I have ever had at a bank. If you need to talk to anyone personally I would go to another location... I walked into the bank and there were two ladies at the front and didn’t even greet me they just kept talking to each other (one of them was the manager) I did have a question but I felt like I was the one interrupting their conversation. Anyways they didn’t try to help me, in fact they just kept saying what they COULDN’T do for me. I’ll definitely be avoiding this location
