Don’t EVER take your vehicle here to be serviced. In fact, just don’t go here in general. They changed out my clockspring in my 2016 Mustang GT and the airbag came on. I went back in to address the issue and they said I need a new airbag and they quoted it would cost me $1000 to replace. When I went to another Ford dealership they said it’s a recall and should be free. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

If your car is there for warranty work and it is there long enough you could always request a loaner car. They do provide a shuttle but only as long as it is within a certain mile radius from Sheehy.
