My son's phone was replaced at this store through the warranty/insurance program. The phone was faulty and it took multiple trips back to this store and our cellular provider store to finally get it fixed. At our last visit at this store, they ran 3 tests and determined the hardware needed to be replaced and now it finally works properly.

I met today with apple employe Brooke she helped from the moment I walked in… She restored my faith in Apple after I was seriously considering switching to Samsung, only because of the poor service that I’ve been receiving from Apple employees sad only because they should all work to her standards… Brooke is a wonderful credit to apple organization along with her coworker Cory that help me in the end.…Both of them should be training some of other employees at this store ! Bring it to any BestBuy Geekquad before 12/31/2018 and they will replace it while you wait, Make an appointment on Bestbuy.com. It takes about an hour to replace. They are using genuine Apple batteries for the $29 replacement also. I just got mine replaced today at Bestbuy
Yes! My experiences here, I suggest to make the appointment first and Not go in to schedule. You can do a walk in but this location is so busy the wait is usually well over an hour. With an appointment, we get in and out with minimal waiting.

If you know the apple id they can take care of it. If you don't the other two ways to remove the password are as follows: 1st the Apple business portal and the 2nd is a mobile deive management software. Unfortunately it's a difficult and almost impossible process if the above two don't apply.

If you're iphone is blacking out you'd have to have it replaced if it isn't powering back on. On your other Iphone, if the screen is coming off then I suggest you take it to a screen repair shop.

Do I have to make an appointment to get a desktop Mac repaired? It took a fall and turned into a very expensive fan. I can turn it on (only the fan comes on) but I have to pull the plug to shut it off. Nothing works.
If you have the ability to choose any other Apple Store I would suggest that you do sore do so it would call your Apple I use your Apple ID and call the 800 number he could usually get this number by calling 611 with your carrier

Just go into the store and get your phone checked. Based on the test results, they decide if the battery is to be replaced. If you agree to replace the battery, then they'll let you know when the battery they ordered arrives
Depends if they have it in stock and if they've caught up with the backlog of battery replacements. Last I knew they we're making future appointments for battery replacements. The actual time to change it is likely 15-30 minutes.

If its still under warranty or you bought insurance possibly nothing. Brought my sons iPhone from Verizon here and paid nothing for replacement cuz of warranty. Call them.
