The iphone 6 is no longer manufactured by apple and is only produced by Apple if the phone is being replaced through an apple service. 2018 is the last year Apple will produce/ sell parts for the iphone 6, 6 plus, 6s, and 6s plus. Typically bestbuy only will service the camera if it was purchased at bestbuy and also either under mfg warranty(1 year no accidental damage) or under accidental protection/GSP plan. Sometimes stores will allow the service of external purchased devices to be repaired but it usually is rare and based on model. External repairs tend to be very costly as our service centers are only provided materials for products that bestbuy sells. Most of the time stores do not allow external repairs because products take about a week to be received and given a quote. And typically the cost is so high and the wait times are so long that customers are almost always dissatisfied in some way in which the store has no control. In turn the store is given a negative review on the transaction which severely hurts the stores customer satisfaction goals. Due to this fact most store have different policies on this process. Newer policies have taken away more ability to support external products.

This is case to case. Some stores allow them- some do not. It depends on the GM’s rules. I know store 431 by page field allows it, but personally I would not unless the dog was small enough to carry. Because a dog in a high traffic store could possibly produce liability issues for both the owner of the pet and the store.
