I would put zero stars if it was an option. They didn’t give my baby enough medicine when they pulled her tooth. Howard dentistry pulled my daughter teeth out her mouth a few years back. She was screaming like they were torching/ killing her, everytime I tried to come in they’d blocked the door. And say she was okay. It’s was 5 of them in there with her They held her feet and hand down she was only 6 yrs old at the time. It was so heartbreaking 💔 to hear her screaming and kicking and fighting. I feel like I should have done more to stop them😫 5 yrs later she rather suffer through a tooth ache then go to the dentist all b/c she said she felt every inch of the pain they didn’t numb her. She just telling me this the other day. I bust out in tears b/c I know I couldn’t have went through that pain. They torched my baby and I remember her screams like it was yesterday and them locking and blocking the door way so I couldn’t get to her😩🥲 the absolute worst dentistry I have ever been too I would not recommend anyone to bring their child to Howard dentistry.

I always recommend the oral surgery dept at Howard, though I went years ago they did such a wonderful job that I was eating in no time, healed pretty quickly and it was really painless. I believe walk-ins were Tuesday’s so I walked, was seen and left! Definitely didn’t expect things to go so well-being as though I had to get my wisdoms pulled but I never even felt any pain!

Horrible customer service I have called many times for an appointment they never answer and if they do they have it waiting and waiting ... In the end I went personally and the lady who attends the front desk is a bitter lady and incidentally does not help with what one asks. I didn't make the appointment and I think I would never do anything in that place. It is the worst.
