I’ve been working out at the Fitness Factory, training with Eric, for almost 3 months. In that time, I have built muscle and made good progress on my journey to get fit and lose excess weight. Eric makes it fun and motivates me to keep pushing. I also appreciate that the gym is unpretentious, clean, has all the needed equipment, plays good music and has parking spaces in the rear. The Fitness Factory has been in the neighborhood for years and although I only recently started working out here, I keep learning about neighbors that have trained with Eric over the years or are current members. Feels like the sign of a great small business!

Caution...currently in the process of discontinuing my membership and had a friend who was thinking of signing up accompany me for day passes two days part and the owner turned into this completely different person outta nowhere trying to pen in a new price on his own policy preceding a crazy accusation of being paid to personally train my friend, when neither of us are gym heads...I supported him as a small business but I think he's upset because his memberships arent to his liking but his own policy shows you dont even have to be a member

To incribirce they are about 90 or more plus the monthly salary of going personal to see what offer you have
