As a fiercely independent person, I struggle with asking and accepting help. It makes me feel vulnerable so I avoid it at all costs, even to my own detriment. When I unexpectedly had to have surgery, in a state that I knew no one and had no one to call to assist, Mr. Smith with VIP Transport literally saved the day. First, it was incredibly easy to book and confirm my need for a ride. Secondly, when Mr. Smith called to verify details of my transportation request he was incredibly professional and patient with me. Third, when my surgery was switched suddenly, he was able to adjust and accommodate me without making it into a huge deal. Fourth, I felt 100% safe and comfortable driving up to the DC area and back as he was a careful, conscientious driver and maintained a professional dialogue the entire trip. Fifth, and most importantly, when my surgery ran long and he had to wait much longer than anticipated, instead of haggling over the price, sounding frustrated at the delay or even justifiably abandoning me to my fate, he sent me a kind, encouraging text and reassured me that he would wait and all would be well. Truly, what was an awful, scary, stressful situation was made into a positive experience, solely because of Mr. Smith and the compassion he showed. I HIGHLY recommend VIP Transport.

In my adult life I have hired many professionals ranging from electricians to plumbers to general contractors, but until now have never needed services like those provided by VIP Medical Transportation LLC. After a brief moment of panic due to a current medical circumstance, I am immensely grateful for Mr. Smith, his professionalism, and ability to schedule service in a relatively short turnaround time! Had he not been available, rescheduling with medical professionals would have occurred on my part, clearly not ideal. During scheduling and on the transport day, Mr. Smith was prompt, professional, courteous, and kudos to him for waiting during my procedure as instructed by the medical facility! Very professional and courteous . I recently had quadruple bypass surgery @ MWH in Fredricksburg Va.! They took me to all my follow up appointments as well as Dialysis every MWF . They made sure I got inside and carried my personal belongings in as well! They have been a blessing to me and my family !!!
