Lovely experience with the very knowledgeable team at Italo Frame. I framed some pieces which were of significant sentimental value and were quite delicate. They offered helpful and gentle suggestions, which showed how much pride they take in their work. They cared about both my pieces and my budget. I didn’t for a moment feel pushed or pressured into purchasing anything — they explained the value of framing in a particular way, without “selling” it. I received my pieces (all five of them) back ahead of schedule. They have more than earned my trust and loyalty, and I will return to them for any pieces I might have framed in the future. I hung the pieces the minute I returned home. A local treasure.
