For Just normal blood test, Waiting time is very long. I went there recently. They improved a lot.

My child has leukemia and had blood drawn at Labcorp yesterday. They threw one vial out and so we had to go back today. We weren't aware that the orders are deleted after the draw so when we got there a little before 4, we had to get Peds Oncology to resend them asap. They did- however it was 402pm. We were told they closed at 4pm so we could not be seen. She also told me not to cut it so close next time. Given that they were urgent labs, I had to drive over half an hour to Children's to get labs drawn. I can't understand a place that cannot show kindness to a child with cancer.

Made an appointment for a COVID test. Got there and they tell me I need my doctor's order. I didn't have it but they told me I could have it faxed there. OK, fine. I had it faxed and they received. They tell me that even with the fax, the order is still not in their system, and they still won't see me. I ask why they told me to get a fax when the fax didn't make a difference. Didn't really understand their response. Bottom line, they say, it's not in their system, so I can either re-register online and pay $119 for a COVID test or I can't get tested. I even had them on the phone with my primary care facility and it couldn't be figured out. After almost an hour of back-and-forth, I left and went to a different Labcorp location (11120 New Hampshire Ave.). They took me there as a walk-in, accepted the fax order from my primary care, took my swab sample, and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes.

I never write on line reviews, but my experience, unlike the other reviews, was very good. I needed just a quick blood test. I walked in without an appointment. The auto check-in was easy. I was called after about 10 minutes. The receptionist was polite and professional. Blood was drawn in less than a minute by a very nice, polite, professional technician. I'd highly recommend them.
